Service 01 Water Supply and Drainage Pipe / Related Piping Replacement and Rehabilitation Work
We handle both “replacement work,” in which aging water supply and drainage pipes are replaced with new piping materials, and “rehabilitation work,” in which the inner surface of existing pipes is lined to extend service life. Red water, poor water flow, odors from drainage pipes, and frequent blockages may be signs that pipe deterioration is progressing.
In addition to water supply and drainage pipes, we also handle a wide range of work, including piping around pumps, outdoor and buried piping, and water supply and hot water pipes in private units. We comprehensively assess piping materials, years of use, and the condition of deterioration, then propose the optimal method according to the building conditions and budget.

Service 02 Water Supply System Conversion Work
This is conversion work from a conventional water supply system that uses a receiving water tank to a “direct booster water supply system” or a “direct pressure water supply system” connected directly to the water main. In addition to improving hygiene, it can reduce maintenance costs for water storage tanks, so it is increasingly being considered for aging apartment buildings. Case 01 Conversion to a Direct Pressure Water Supply System
We carried out a conversion from a receiving water tank system to a direct pressure water supply system. This case eliminated the need to maintain the receiving water tank and water supply pump unit, while improving hygiene and reducing running costs at the same time.

Case 02 Emergency Work for an Apartment Water Outage
In response to a sudden water outage, we quickly conducted an on-site survey and handled everything from identifying the cause to restoration work. We identified not only the apparent cause of the water outage but also the underlying root cause: damage to a water supply pipe in the basement pit. By restoring the system through an appropriate pipe route change, we resolved the water outage affecting all units.
