Sewerage equipment in buildings includes drainage pipes for discharging used water to the public sewerage system. These drainage pipes include rainwater drainage pipes that carry rainwater from roofs and balconies, sewage pipes that carry wastewater from toilets, and graywater drainage pipes that carry domestic wastewater from bathrooms, washing machines, kitchens, and other areas. Drainpipe cleaning involves cleaning the inside of piping to remove clogs and prevent the buildup of dirt. In particular, graywater drainage pipes that carry domestic wastewater tend to accumulate food scraps, oil, hair, and other debris, so annual graywater drainage pipe cleaning is standard for apartment buildings and other mid- to high-rise residential buildings.

Below we introduce customer feedback after graywater drainage pipe cleaning performed mainly for kitchens, washbasins, bathroom drains, laundry drains, and the related outdoor buried drainpipes in apartment buildings, detached residences, hotels, and tenant buildings.

[Tenant Building Owner]

“I had another contractor clean the drainpipes, but less than a year had passed and the drainage flow had already become poor again, which was a problem. When I asked AMCON, the workers were very efficient, cleaned every corner thoroughly, and greatly improved the drainage flow. I am glad I asked them.”

[President of the Management Association of a 30-Year-Old Condominium]

“Every year, I can hardly wait for the day AMCON comes to clean! We ask them to perform graywater drainage pipe cleaning regularly once a year, and I am very happy knowing we can spend another year comfortably!”
