Common Day-to-Day Drainpipe Clogging Problems
In apartment buildings and commercial buildings, problems caused by drainpipe clogs occur on a daily basis, and poor drainage caused by oil, hair, and similar materials is often seen in kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas. In response to requests from property management companies, we generally provide same-day service. Using dedicated drain cables and high-pressure cleaning equipment, we reliably remove clogs. Mild clogs can be restored within one hour, and even severe cases can generally be restored in around two to three hours.
For apartment buildings where we have performed drainpipe cleaning, we provide same-day service free of charge for one year after cleaning for clogs that occur under normal use. We have received many comments from residents such as, “Thank you for coming so quickly.” We also receive many cases that other companies could not resolve, but thanks to our extensive experience and technical capabilities, there has never been a case we could not solve.
Case 1: Drainpipe Clog in a Third-Floor Apartment Bathroom

Poor drainage occurred in a bathroom on the third floor of an apartment building, and overflowing water leaked down to the second floor below. The cause was oil residue that had accumulated inside the piping. We first used a drain cable from the third-floor bathroom and kitchen, but the problem did not improve. We then performed the work again from the kitchen of an adjacent unit and removed the clog. After the work, we used high-pressure cleaning on the drainpipes in each unit to prevent recurrence and confirmed that the flow had returned to normal.
Case 2: Tenant Toilet Clog and Odor Response
We received a request because a toilet in a first-floor tenant space of an apartment building had become clogged and the smell of sewage was spreading. The on-site investigation found that the bottom of a drainpipe buried in the corridor was damaged, and waste and toilet paper had accumulated there. Several cigarette butts were also found, indicating that foreign objects had also contributed to the problem.
As our response, we removed the clogged waste and then cleaned the interior using the reverse-jet hose of a high-pressure washer. We then checked drainage and confirmed good flow and improvement of the odor. We advised the customer to inform users not to flush large amounts of toilet paper at once, to flush in several stages, and not to flush anything other than toilet paper and waste. Because insufficient drainpipe slope, which causes poor water flow, was also considered one of the reasons for the clog, we recommended that the customer consider drainage pipe renovation work in the future.

Drainpipe clogs are serious problems that directly affect daily life and business operations. In response to requests from property management companies, we resolve problems through prompt same-day response and reliable technical expertise. We can handle a wide range of cases, from minor clogs to serious problems, and we use our extensive experience to reliably improve difficult cases that other companies could not resolve.
